With a delicate environment characterized by Earth tones details, full of nature around and privacy, we have 20 Junior Suites spread in two floor buildings with garden front terraces. The design of this kind of room offers a bedroom with 2 queen size beds and a bathroom, plus a separate living room with mini bar.

Less than a minute walk from the beach, our Junior Suites are a great choice for families because every two rooms are connected by a door in the terrace, so you can be in touch and close enough if you are travelling with friends or family but still keeping your privacy and own space. Terraces are also a nice detail with these rooms, each one has a garden- pool view and in some case trees are literally crossing the building due we didn´t want to just cut them down, so we adapted the structure to the tree shape and this way we cause less environmental impact.

The Junior Suites are also preferred by couples, its intimacy and modern but cozy design is the perfect scenario for a romantic and relaxant stay. Our guests normally enjoy the warm living room where they can prepare their own costarican coffee or have their favorite tropical.

  • Lodging rates include 13% of sales tax.

  • From 0 to 5 years inclusive accompanied by two adults, no room charge will apply.
  • From 6 to 10 years inclusive will have free lodging but all meals will be charge.
  • From 11 years and older will be considered as an adult, charging the respective rate.
  • A maximum of two children for each room applies. More than that will be charge as an adult.

GROUPS SPECIAL CONDITIONS:

  • We consider a group as a reservation made for 7 rooms or more.
  • Minimum stay reservation for groups is 2 nights all year around.
  • Any group tour leader, guide and/or driver have 20% discount on meals and a special room will be assigned. Except those with a different deal agreed in writing prior arrival.
  • Groups of 20 people or more need to arrange schedule meals with our front desk or the head waiter.

METHODS OF PAYMENT:

The Ocean Front Suites are surrounded by tropical gardens and the closes contact with the vibrant Pacific and scenic Playa Hermosa (Hermosa Beach), just few steps away. Sophistication and comfort are easily detected in our Penthouse Suites, in third floor of the hotel´s main building. We have called the whole floor as NANKU (Chorotega indigenous word for "home") because in deed the idea is making the guests feel like they are staying in their own beach house with a master bedroom suite, a next additional room, two suites, kitchen, living room and more. Main suite NYURI ("bird" in Chorotega) with terraces and open air jacuzzi, is available and individually rented with a side smaller additional room.

We also offer the opportunity of taking the Suites separately as OPOME I or OPOME II ("high" in Chorotega) which is twin Suites in the Penthouse. They can be rented together as well, with games room included and called YOKUE ("big" in Chorotega).
